Tammy Randles is a Louisiana and Mississippi licensed Real Estate Broker/Owner with over 20 years’ experience in all areas of real estate. Her strengths include team building, strategic planning, and business development. Investment real estate is her passion. Tammy is highly skilled in property management, affordable housing, multifamily properties, rehab and new construction, project management, and subsidized housing.

Tammy, previously served 6 years on the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS (NOMAR) Board of Directors, served on the Commercial Division (CID) PR Committee Chair, the NOMAR Education Committee Chair, and is currently involved in the NOMAR MLS advisory committee and the CID membership. She is also a Certified Louisiana Pre-Licensed Real Estate Instructor and a graduate of the Louisiana Realtors State Leadership program.

Outside of the real estate community, Tammy has served on the Easter Seals of Louisiana (ESL) Board of Directors, the ESL Governance Committee, The Greater New Orleans Autism Task Force - A collaboration with Easter Seals Louisiana and the Tulane Center for Autism & Related Disorders, and previously was a 3 year member of the UNITY of New Orleans Board of Directors. Tammy was also named one of the Women of the Year in 2018 by City Business of New Orleans.

Tammy gives back to the community in many ways, including participating in pageants that benefited Dress for Success, Home building projects for Habit for Humanity, serving food at the New Orleans Mission, participating in events that provided financial assistance to cancer patients and raised money to assist in combating homelessness in the City of New Orleans. .
